Building Information Modeling (BIM) is the procedure of building a 3D digital model in a combination with, or before boarding on a real-world construction project.

Means constructing twice; starting on the computer and then in the field. BIM has several applications in the building industry but its major uses are a tool for trade coordination and as a means of visualization.

It is quickly changing complicated building procedures—speeding project conclusion, decreasing costs and improving overall quality at the same time.
